On September 3rd, Gansu Province Deputy Secretary and Governor Lin Duo and others investigated and inspected the Lanzhou Eco-culture Innovation City Middle Connecting Line Project contracted by the MCC17 Road and Bridge Engineering Cooperation.

Lin Duo and the others inspected the construction site, praised the work behind the site's security, quality, speed and environmental protection, and affirmed MCC17’s contributions to the construction of 'turning a barren mountain into a place of treasures' in the efforts of the Eco-culture Innovation City; he then put forward several valuable suggestions and requirements for subsequent construction.

A key project of Lanzhou, this project is divided into two parts: the first part is the road system of combining the middle connection line and Road 511, and the second part is the overpass system of the main road and northern ring which consists of 4 ramps. The principle road is a sub-arterial road of 4.2 km in length with ramps of 2,317.7m, including roads, bridges and culverts, drainage, illumination and other ancillary transportation facilities.
