On July 15, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council issued the List of Class A Enterprises in Assessment of Key Tasks in the Three-year Action Plan for State-owned Enterprise (SOE) Reform in 2021. China Minmetals Corporation was on the list, and won the title of Class A Enterprise.

Since the implementation of the three-year action plan, China Minmetals has fully grasped and put into practice the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the three-year action plan for SOE reform, resolutely implemented the major decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and strengthened the implementation of reform tasks and actions by following the requirements of the three-year action plan to be "measurable, assessable, verifiable, and realistic". By the end of June, China Minmetals had basically finished the major tasks of the three-year action plan. It had established a more mature modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, with great progress in layout optimization and structural adjustment. After the reform of the market-oriented operation mechanism, the enterprise vitality had been stimulated more efficiently. Meanwhile, the reform demonstration project had achieved significant results, and will promote the reform to progress deeper and further.

In the next step, China Minmetals will work hard to turn its blueprint into reality, and persevere in the efforts to continue the critical battles. It will strengthen the senses of duty, mission and urgency to win the decisive battle of the three-year action plan, and constantly consolidate the quality of the reform. By highlighting the characteristics of China Minmetals and summarizing its experience, it will try to ensure that the three-year reform plan can end in high quality to celebrate the successful opening of the 20^th National Congress of the CPC with concrete actions.
