On August 1, 2024, Chen Dexin, President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, visited the premises of Hunan Changyuan Lico Co., Ltd. ("Changyuan Lico") and Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co., Ltd. ("Zhongye Changtian"), and the project site of Changsha Minmetals Plaza under Minmetals Land Limited ("Minmetals Land"), and extended his regards to the cadres and employees there.

At the premise of Changyuan Lico, Chen Dexin visited the anode material production workshop, testing center, and technology research institute. He also led a team to conduct a work safety inspection and listened to a report on the company's overall work performance. After that, he fully recognized Changyuan Lico's efforts in adhering to Party leadership and serving national strategies, and its significant progress made in lean management, quality control, technological innovation, and corporate culture advancement, as well as great enthusiasm of the cadres and employees.

After that, he fully recognized Zhongye Changtian's achievements in leading industrial innovation through technological innovation, cultivating emerging industries, planning future industries, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, especially the achievements in building a digital enterprise brain. At the project site of Changsha Minmetals Plaza under Minmetals Land, Chen Dexin learnt about the construction status of the west tower, visited the sample room for large flat in the east tower, and checked work safety of the project. Later, He fully recognized work results in the project's design concept, green construction, and internal coordination. He required the project team to promote construction progress with high standards and high quality, and ensure work safety during the summer and flood seasons.
