Zhu Kebing emphasized the necessity of further specifying the revenue target structure within the planning framework. Confronted with persistent market headwinds and an evolving competitive environment, he urged the Group to relinquish its overemphasis on scale, eschew entrenched paradigms, and undertake rigorous examination of business and management model innovation, while systematically optimizing resource deployment. He called for unwavering commitment to high-quality development, with a concentrated effort to enhance operational performance, fortify risk mitigation, and raise development standards. Additionally, he stressed the need to refine cost-control frameworks and spearhead comprehensive operational transformation, thereby achieving superior quality and heightened efficiency. He underscored the need to strengthen state asset oversight and enhance corporate governance. In line with the requirements for penetrating regulatory supervision, the Group shall accelerate the development of its unified system development, reinforce foundational management practices, and effectively guard against operational risks. He also called for fostering a performance-driven mindset with a clear focus on outcomes, reinforcing the guiding role of Party building, and consolidating collaborative momentum for development. In close alignment with the annual priorities for Party building, teams shall sustain consistent, long-term efforts and tackle challenges with unwavering dedication to deliver tangible results. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of cultivating a proactive, entrepreneurial corporate culture and fostering a clean, upright political environment within the enterprise. He emphasized the critical and multifaceted challenges confronting workplace safety and called for reinforced accountability mechanisms with greater rigor and stringency. It is imperative to diligently execute the Group’s Work Safety Month directives, systematically conduct risk identification and hazard remediation, and give primacy to the containment of major safety risks, thus securing a sound safety foundation to underpin the company’s pursuit of high-quality development.
