China Metallurgical Group Corporation under its umbrella has successively undertook almost all planning, survey, design and construction projects of major large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China, shaping a strong body for the People's Republic of China. Recent years, we successively undertook many large and medium-sized greenfield steel design and construction projects in the world, including Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation in Vietnam, Alliance Steel (Kuantan) in Malaysia, TATA Steel in India, and Dexin Steel Indonesia, in which we accumulated core technical advantages and design and construction capabilities covering all links. We are making great strides towards the goal of building a world-class national metallurgical construction team.

China Minmetals has transformed our business based on years of metallurgical construction with remarkable results in infrastructure, rail transportation, high-end housing, urban renewal, environmental protection, theme parks, etc. We undertook many classic projects, including Yanqing National Sliding Centre, Beijing National Stadium, Comprehensive Waste Treatment Project in Xiongan New Area, Main Venue of the Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games, Lanzhou Olympic Sports Center, Transformation Project of Urban Villages in Baoding, and Universal Studios Beijing. As one of the first batch of constructors and designers assigned by the state to support Shenzhen's construction, we completed the first version of Shenzhen's urban design plan and achieved Shenzhen Speed in undertaking the first public bidding project in China. We also completed the overall development and construction of many cities' new areas, becoming a well-known expert in all-round urban construction solutions in China. In terms of strategic emerging industries, we have made layouts in advance in underground utility tunnels, sponge cities, theme parks, and prefabricated buildings, forming a significant competitive advantage.
