We will also focus on building a large-scale, long-life, and low-cost portfolio of world-class mineral resources and work to establish an efficient system for mine construction, development, and operation.

China Minmetals is a Chinese backbone smelter of basic metals such as copper, lead, and zinc, with the lead and zinc smelting capacity ranking among the top in the country. Our "Torch" products enjoy a global reputation, and our output of antimony oxide ranks among the top in the world.

In the tungsten industry, we have a complete industry chain integrating mine, smelting, processing, and trade. Notably, our annual tungsten smelting capacity accounts for 10% of China's APT capacity, and our cemented carbide accounts for more than 25% of the domestic market share. Besides, we have many dominant products, among which our cutting tools, IT tools, carbide rods, button teeth, roll products, and powder products are leading in China and highly recognized and influential in the world. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we will give full play to our advantages, optimize and improve our processes, and develop superior, efficient production capacity to build a demonstration base for copper, lead, and zinc and a domestic leader in zinc smelting. Meanwhile, we will give full play to our advantages in the tungsten industry chain, effectively develop smelting in the midstream, and accelerate the development of deep processing in the downstream. In addition, we will vigorously march toward an advanced level with high added value and strive to enter the top rank of the global tungsten industry.

China Minmetals fully combines its resource advantages and long-term technology accumulation and actively develops strategic emerging industries. Regarding new energy materials, we have built a whole industry chain covering resources, production of anode and cathode materials of power batteries, and resource recovery. In terms of resources, we own a world-class large-scale laterite nickel-cobalt mine in Papua New Guinea, an independent crystalline graphite mine in Heilongjiang of domestically high quality, and a large salt lake lithium extraction plant in Qinghai. In terms of technology, we have overcome a number of common technical problems in the industry, including the stable production of nickel-cobalt wet-process intermediates, high-efficiency lithium extraction from raw halogen in salt lakes, and the production of single-crystal high-nickel and low-cobalt materials for ternary cathode materials. In terms of downstream materials, we have long been engaged in ternary battery research and innovation. After more than ten years of incubation and cultivation, we have taken the lead to break the ground in power ternary materials and our market share has maintained a leading position in the industry.

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, we will stick to the innovation-driven development strategy and continue to improve its business portfolio and layout with a focus on next-generation power battery materials and technologies. Relying on our specialized platform for the new energy material industry, we will integrate high-quality resources from multiple sources and build an end-to-end loop industrial chain from resources to materials and to battery recycling. In this regard, we will strive to build China's No. 1 and the world's leading operator of new energy battery materials.
