From May 12 to 13, 2025, Zhu Kebing, President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, visited two affiliated companies of China Minmetals in Hebei Province, i.e., North China Aluminum Co., Ltd. and MCC Ramu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and extended cordial greetings to frontline officials and employees. 

At the premise of North China Aluminum Co., Ltd. ("NCA" for short), Zhu Kebing visited the Corporate Exhibition Hall and the Command Center for Production of New Materials, and conducted field surveys of the production sites of Hualv New Material and Zhuoshen Non-ferrous Metals Plant & Equipment Co., Ltd. He also listened to reports on the basic status and production & operation conditions of NCA. He pointed out that technological innovation should be the first driving force for enterprise development. The collaborative advantages of China Minmetals' scientific research system should be fully leveraged, and a focus should be placed on basic research and technological breakthroughs in the field of battery foil materials. Besides, more efforts should be continuously put into research and development investment, further consolidating and enhancing the leading technological advantage of NCA in the new energy battery foil industry. Furthermore, lean management should be used as means to improve the level of professional operation in all respects. The Amoeba management model should be deeply applied. The division of accounting units and more efforts in responsibility implementation should be used to continuously stimulate organizational vitality and inject new momentum into enterprise development. In addition, NCA should enhance digital empowerment and explore more the value of data. It should use precise tracking of process connections, link control, and equipment operation status to promote the transformation of data elements into real productivity and improve operational efficiency and management level on all fronts. Additionally, it should investigate problems, take measures to prevent high temperature, and effectively uphold the red line for work safety. Moreover, it should enhance the guidance of Party building and continue to ensure deep integration of Party building and production & operation. It should conduct in-depth learning and education activities regarding the central Party leadership's eight-point decision on improving Party and government conduct, promote the integration of learning, inspection and reform, and make further efforts to exercise full and rigorous governance over the Party. 

At the premise of MCC Ramu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. ("MCC New Energy" for short), Zhu Kebing successively visited the scandium oxide workshop, central control room, and Al-Sc master alloy pilot line, with a focus placed on the understanding of the production process and technology optimization of scandium series materials, product application and market prospects, scientific research and development, and future planning. He emphasized the need to strengthen industrial collaboration. By relying on "Chain Leader-Chain Master System" of China Minmetals, MCC New Energy should work together with the upstream and downstream suppliers to find a new way to reconstruct the eco-system of the new energy industry chain, for the purpose of achieving sustainable and sound development. Besides, the company should strengthen technological innovation collaboration and carry out cooperative research and development in product fields such as battery cases and aluminum foils to overcome technical bottlenecks. It should explore new application scenarios for scandium alloy elements, and continuously optimize the processes of ternary precursors, nickel sulfate, scandium oxide and other products. Furthermore, it should strengthen safety management, investigate and eliminate hidden dangers, and build a solid defense line for work safety. In addition, it should strengthen the guidance of Party building and conduct in-depth learning and education activities regarding the central Party leadership's eight-point decision on improving Party and government conduct. The construction of distinctive Party-building brands should be regarded as a starting point to promote the integration of Party building and business, and cultivate a good political eco-system full of righteousness, greatness, goodness, harmony and stability.
