On May 21, 2025, Zhu Kebing, President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, presided over a research symposium for affiliated enterprises of China Minmetals in Sichuan-Chongqing region. The symposium aimed to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principle contained in General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on the 15th Five-Year Plan, and to carry out the plan of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council regarding the 15th Five-Year Plan. At the symposium, Zhu Kebing introduced the basic strategies of China Minmetals' 15th Five-Year Plan and its plan. According to Zhu Kebing's statement, it is essential to firmly grasp the missions and tasks of central state-owned enterprises in the new era and new journey. It is crucial to follow the requirements of the "three concentrations, three functions, and three vanguards", and identify the key focus areas and breakthrough points. They should continuously enhance core functions and improve core competitiveness.
