On the morning of June 25, the 26th China·Qinghai Green Development Investment and Trade Fair opened in Xining. Wang Guangqian, vice chairperson of the CPPCC National Committee, and executive vice chairperson of the CDL Central Committee, delivered a opening speech. Wu Xiaojun, Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Qinghai Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Qinghai Provincial People’s Congress, delivered a opening speech. Luo Dongchuan, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China Qinghai Provincial Committee and Governor of Qinghai Province, moderated the ceremony. Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China Shanghai Municipal Committee and Mayor, attended the event. Zhu Kebing, General Manager and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, also was invited to attend the event.

Wang Guangqian pointed out that today’s Qinghai is not only a living example of China's ecological conservation, but also an important participant in global green development. On the afternoon of June 25, Zhu Kebing attended the investment briefing and the signing ceremony for major cooperative projects of the Qinghai Green Development Investment and Trade Fair and delivered a speech. He said that China Minmetals has bore in mind the expectations of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and further enhanced the level of cooperation with Qinghai Province. This February, the two sides jointly established China Salt Lake Group. Bearing in mind the country's most fundamental interests, the Company regards Qinghai as an important place for investment, a vital industrial area and a strategic highland. The both sides have engaged in in-depth cooperation in multiple industrial sectors. The “four industrial regions” development initiative promoted by Qinghai dovetails with the development strategy of China Minmetals.
