On August 15, President Zhou Zhongshu meets with a delegation headed by Sheng Maolin, Vice Governor of Hunan Province.

President Zhou said that Minmetals will continue to accelerate the implementation of the project, so as to set an example for the industry. Vice Governor Sheng said that Hunan provincial party committee and provincial government has always supported the project development of Minmetals in Hunan Province, and will further promote the implementation of the project. It is hoped that the two sides will strengthen communications and deepen cooperation, so that the project can be started and put into operation as soon as possible.
