In the morning of September 5th, Fujian Standing Committee Member, Discipline Inspection Committee Secretary and Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary Ni Yuefeng and Fuzhou Deputy Municipal Party Committee Secretary and Mayor You Mengjun investigated and inspected CFMCC’s Zuohai Park Jinniu Mountain Urban Forest Footpath Project. They were accompanied by Fuzhou leaders Xue Kan, Lin Fei, Cai Zhansheng and Zhang Zhong.

At the construction site, Ni Yuefeng listened to the project's planning and progress situation. He then walked along the footpath to inspect the scenic lake, footpath over the water and Meifeng Tower; he said that the Zuohai Park Jinniu Mountain Urban Forest Footpath is a major public livelihood project of Fuzhou. He hopes that the Gulou District Government and constructors will pay close attention to environmental protection, adhere to the principle of 'people first', and take the people’s satisfaction degree and usage rate as a standard during construction, in attempting to make a project which is useful and applicable for the people. After the site inspection, Ni Yuefeng gave high praise to the construction performance of CFMCC and expressed his hope that CFMCC will give full play to its State-owned enterprise advantages in talents, technology and management so as to comprehensively participate in the major projects of Fuzhou and even Fujian, contributing to the urban building and economic development of Fujian Province.

The Zuohai Park Jinniu Mountain Urban Forest Footpath is an important part of the construction of Fuzhou’s greenway and slow-walking system. The footpath in the north connects to the Zuohai Park gallery round-lake road, and its south connects with the corridor line of Minjiang River (Guoguang Section), making it the longest urban recreation and fitness corridor surrounded by the mountains and rivers of the ecological landscape of Fujian Province.
