From November 14 to 16, the Chinese and Foreign Corporate Culture 2020 Hangzhou Summit, hosted by the China Corporate Culture Institute, was held in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. At this summit, China Minmetals was awarded the Leader in the Development of Corporate Culture in the 13th Five-Year Plan.
Since the restructuring of China Minmetals and MCC in December 2015, China Minmetals has attached great importance to the integration of its corporate culture. In addition, China Minmetals fully implements the important guiding principles made in the speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping about cultural confidence, and promotes the integration of its corporate culture in a science-based and systematic manner, and keeps an inclusive corporate culture, leading to a three-in-one corporate culture concept featuring Core Culture - Culture of Subsidies - Specific Culture. Taking the 70th anniversay of the establishment of China Minmetals as an opportunity, China Minmetals promotes the publicity, integration and improvement of its corporate culture on a large scale and gives fully play to the role of its corporate culture in flexibly guiding, shaping and encouraging the personnel. By doing so, China Minmetals explored an extraordinary and remarkable path of integration through promoting high-quality development of China Minmetals via high integration of its corporate culture as well as examining and consolidating high integration of its corporate culture via high quality development of China Minmetals. All these provides strong cultural support for the smooth implementation of businesses of China Minmetals and creates strong spiritual power for building China Minmetals into a world-class corporate of mineral products.
Over the past four years since the restructuring of China Minmetals and MCC, in its practice of promoting deep cultural integration, China Minmetals firmly follows the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to ensure the right course of integrating its corporate culture. Meanwhile, China Minmetals stresses the importance of providing corporate culture service for its development strategy and of integrating this service into its operation management to ensure the tangible results in integrating its corporate culture. At the summit, another 9 companies are also awarded the title - Leader in the Development of Corporate Culture in the 13th Five-Year Plan. They are China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Shougang Group, BBMG Corporation and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co., Ltd..
The theme of this Summit is "Summarizing the Paths and Approaches of Implementing Corporate Culture in the 13th Five-Year Plan, Planning the Directions and Priorities of Developing Corporate Culture in the 14th Five-Year Plan". More than 600 representatives from the ministries and commissions of China, academic institutions and companies were present at the summit.
Wang Wenhai, Director of Party and Mass Work Department (Department of Corporate Culture) of China Minmetals, delivered the keynote speech at the summit.
