Facing the emergency flood control situation in Zhuozhou city of Hebei province where the risk of flooding and water logging in the city's internal rivers and channels was aggravated due to heavy rainfall in a short period of time, 40 employees of Zhuozhou Rainwater and Sewage Diversion Project of China 22MCC Road and Bridge Company organized self-rescue and then assisted the local government to transfer the surrounding residents to safter places. The headquarters of the company sent a rescue commando of party members from Tangshan to transport kayaks and life supplies to the disaster-stricken sites at the first time. 15 commandos tirelessly drove the kayaks back and forth and rescued 12 local trapped residents, transported 3 generators, 20 boxes of mineral water, 20 boxes of instant noodles, 20 boxes of self-heating rice, 5 boxes of ham sausage, 3 boxes of squash, 10 boxes of bread, 100 rechargeable treasures among other necessities of life, and distributed free drinking water for more than 200 residents nearby. ?

Zhuozhou Yongan Forestry Project of China MCC5 Group fully mobilized resource channels to raise 120 boxes of living supplies such as mineral water, instant noodles, bread, cookies, etc., which were delivered to the Gao Guanzhuang Township Government for free distribution to the affected residents. Besides the internal flood prevention and self-rescue, employees of North China Aluminum also tried best to send 50 bedding for the first-line rescue workers, contributing to the smooth flood control in Zhuozhou.

Located in the southeast coast, Nan'an (Quanzhou City, Fujian Province) is the first batch of cities faced the impact of Typhoon "Doksuri" after its landing. The Quanzhou Branch of No.2 Company of The 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co., LTD of Minmetals, under the guidance of the local government, responsed actively to the disaster prevention: After the start of the emergency response, it notified the local projects to stop construction completely, and arranged for the evacuation of all project personnel from the site and transferred them to a safe area, and prepared living materials and emergency supplies in advance.
