On the morning of February 7, 2024, Weng Zuliang, Party Group Secretary and Chairman of China Minmetals, visited Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Tungsten and Hightech Materials Co., Ltd. (China Tungsten), inspected work safety and also visited frontline cadres and employees.

Weng Zuliang listened to the report on the overall situation of Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., visited the exhibition hall and intelligent workshop of the enterprise focusing on understanding product development and import substitution, micro-drilling pre-process automation improvement, progress indicators implementing tools, digital brain building and intelligent manufacturing, etc., and inspected the work safety and key areas of the enterprise. He pointed out that Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. earnestly practiced the "Five Core Principles", transformed the traditional lean management approach into intelligent modern governance means in the new era, continuously enhanced the enterprise's capabilities of technological innovation, industrial control and safety support, and possessed the ability to achieve full automation and move towards intelligence, and that it has an energetic, ambitious management team with the pioneering spirit, with outstanding results in all aspects of work that deserve recognition. He also carefully inquired about the on-duty arrangements during the Spring Festival, communicated with the on-site cadres and employees, and sent his New Year greetings and best wishes to them.

Weng Zuliang put forward four requirements for the next work:

First, we should concentrate our efforts on digital leadership. We need to enhance our technical capabilities of online testing and all-round monitoring, promote the manifestation of "intelligent" characteristics, and ensure the "safety" guarantee is in place, so as to better promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Second, we should make efforts to be "one of the best", or to be "world-class and superior in all aspects". We need to steadily increase our market share in traditional business sectors, strive to be a leader and pioneer in emerging business sectors, continuously expand the application fields of new products, and continuously increase the contribution rate of high-tech products.

Third, we should devote efforts to protect intellectual property rights. We need to enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection, strengthen systematic planning, and enrich means and methods, so as to protect intellectual properties substantially and effectively.

Fourth, we should step up efforts to strengthen brand building. We need to continuously strengthen brand leadership, increase publicity efforts, and improve the reputation of the brands of China Minmetals, China Tungsten and Jinzhou Precision Technology.
