On the morning of June 17, 2024, Chen Dexin, President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, visited Minmetals Land Limited.

Chen Dexin visited the premium project exhibition area of Minmetals Land Limited and listened to the work report on the business development, the current market trends and coping measures, and ideas for the future work from Minmetals Land Limited. Chen Dexin gave full recognition to the work of Minmetals Land Limited from the five aspects, i.e. "high political stance of the leadership, strong business control capability, self-imposed stress and full confidence, proactive actions of new officials to settle old accounts, and planning in advance to promote development". He also put forward the following requirements for the next step: First, the company should deeply understand and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the real estate industry, and promote the high-quality development of Minmetals Land Limited. Second, the company should take the lead in resolutely implementing a series of arrangements and requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for the real estate industry and act as a real "executor and doer". Third, the company should take real actions, rectify problems reflected in feedbacks from the Central Inspection Team, and promote its own high-quality development. The rectification is the most important political tasks of China Minmetals at present. It is also an urgent need for all business segments to achieve high-quality development, and also a realistic need to promote the improvement of the corporate governance system and governance capacity. Fourth, the company should take detailed, practical and specific rectification measures for real rectifications and put an end to "numerical rectification" and "fake rectification". Fifth, the company should strictly prevent risks and strengthen risk identification, risk assessment and risk response to promote its high-quality development. In terms of operation, the company should safeguard the security of the capital chain and cash flow and make full use of policies. It should also strengthen operation management and resolutely hold the bottom line.
