Weng Zuliang noted that General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on strengthening Party discipline education addressed major questions at a deeper level such as why our Party launches discipline education, what kind of discipline education it entails, and how to implement it. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse, so as to accurately grasp the essence from the Party's glorious traditions and the practical requirements from the valuable experience of the new era. Discipline education must be integrated throughout the entire process of Party discipline construction, providing robust disciplinary safeguards to drive high-quality development of the enterprise. 

Weng said that in studying and implementing the Regulations on CPC Disciplinary Action, it is crucial to focus on the following "six disciplines". Political discipline emphasizes firm political beliefs and a profound understanding of the decisive significance of establishing Comrade Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and establishing the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. All Party members must maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment with the central Party leadership. They must foster stronger confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Moreover, they must uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping's core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, and uphold the Party Central Committee's authority and its centralized, unified leadership. Organizational discipline focuses on enhancing organizational awareness, boosting the political and organizational functions of Party organizations, and preserving our Party members' advanced nature and integrity. Discipline regarding integrity emphasizes promoting integrity, keeping in mind the role of serving the people as public servants, and holding the bottom line. Discipline regarding the public requires keeping the people in mind, and stepping forward at critical moments, and acting with courage in times of danger. Discipline regarding work aims to encourage Party members to take the lead in shouldering responsibility. They should follow a right direction and develop motivational power and synergy for their work. Lastly, discipline regarding life emphasizes refining moral conduct, taking the lead in practicing socialist core values, and upholding high moral standards in public and private life. 

Weng also emphasized that studying and implementing the Regulation on Disciplinary Actions Against the Managerial Professionals of State-owned Enterprises was a significant initiative to carry out General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the CPC Central Committee's decisions. This initiative is crucial for consolidating and expanding the achievements of theoretical study program and for implementing the tasks of inspection of the Central Inspection Team for rectification. Therefore, we must integrate it into the overall plan of Party discipline education, incorporate it into key tasks, and guide Party members and cadres to focus on developing new quality productive force and promoting high-quality development. We should turn adherence to Party discipline and rules into politics, thinking, and action consciousness, thereby rallying the strength needed to build a world-class enterprise.
