It is essential to fully accept the feedback, thoroughly study the problems, engage in deep reflection, and enhance awareness. Additionally, efforts must be made to learn from these issues, establish and improve systems, and work towards creating long-term mechanisms. What's more, the company must establish a correct view of achievements and take solid steps to advance the implementation of the resource strategy.
