Hubei possesses outstanding geographical advantages, abundant scientific and educational resources, good industrial foundation and strong supporting factors. At present, the whole province is deeply studying and implementing the guiding principle in the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the symposium on promoting the rise of the central China in the new era. It is persisting in using technological innovations to lead industrial innovation, and making every effort to build modern industrial clusters. Besides, it is fostering and strengthening new quality productive forces, and accelerating to build a strategic stronghold for the rise of Central China.
