Since China Minmetals attaches great importance to its strategic cooperation with Ili Prefecture. Chen hoped that both sides could further strengthen communication and coordination, give full play to their respective advantages and identify the entry point for cooperation. He also hoped that they could deepen cooperation in mineral resource exploration & development, trade & logistics, finance and other fields, achieve coordinated development, mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly write a new chapter in the large-scale development of western China in the new era.
