On May 1, Chen Dexin, Party Group Secretary and Chairman of China Minmetals, inspected the general duty office for the duty arrangements and work safety during the May Day Holiday via a video call. He extended sincere greetings and festival wishes to the cadres, and employees at home and abroad who remained at their posts.

Chen Dexin checked the record of on-duty arrangements in the general duty office carefully, and contacted related units randomly via video link to make demands on key tasks. He emphasized that all units shall thoroughly study and implement the important directives of the General Secretary Xi Jinping on work safety, adhere to the principle of putting people and life first, and implement all safety measures with a sense of responsibility of “always being vigilant”. The system featuring management-led duty arrangements and assigned on-duty personnel, is strictly implemented to ensure group-wide work safety, harmony, and stability.
