Zhu Kebing Meets with Dora Liu, CEO of Deloitte China and Her Delegation

On July 3, 2025, Zhu Kebing, President and Deputy Party Group Secretary of China Minmetals, met with Dora Liu, CEO of Deloitte China, to exchange ideas on deepening cooperation. 

Zhu Kebing extended a warm welcome to Dora Liu and her delegation and introduced the historical evolution and development of China Minmetals. Zhu said that this year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of China Minmetals. Over the past 75 years, China Minmetals has evolved through three stages: the early days following the founding of the People's Republic of China, the period of reform and opening up, and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through mergers and acquisitions, it has gradually evolved from a specialized foreign trade entity into a globally influential powerhouse in the metals and minerals industry with the advantage of integrated industry chain. Its business spans metals & minerals, metallurgical construction, high-tech industry, trade & logistics, and finance & real estate. China Minmetals remains steadfast in fulfilling its original mission of "serving and reinvigorating the country through the metals and minerals industry", and actively engages in global mining development cooperation. Over the long period of development, it has established a series of collaborations with Deloitte China, forging a strong partnership. He expressed his hope that Deloitte China would continue to leverage its strong, professional and comprehensive service capabilities to further strengthen cooperation between the two sides in areas such as auditing, consulting, taxation, and mergers & acquisitions, so as to better support the high-quality development of China Minmetals and elevate the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides to new heights. 

Dora Liu noted that Deloitte, founded in 1845, stands as one of the longest-established global professional service brands. Deloitte China has always served the national development & reform and opening-up initiative, adhering to a diversified professional service model. She expressed hope that both sides would further strengthen communication and professional collaboration in management consulting, auditing, mergers & acquisitions, taxation, and ESG. He added that Deloitte China would provide professional services to better support China Minmetals in achieving its development goals. 

The meeting was attended by the relevant heads of Deloitte China and heads of relevant headquarter departments of China Minmetals.
