Zhu stressed that it is essential to strictly standardize project cost accounting processes and further tap into profit potential through design and plan optimization to maximize benefits. He added that it is necessary to reinforce the management of the construction process to ensure high-quality and efficient project delivery. He emphasized the need to strengthen the forward-looking layout in the R&D of new materials, focusing on forming technologies for materials such as magnesium alloys, to accelerate R&D progress and develop technologically optimized solutions with generational advantages as soon as possible. It is important to conduct in-depth market research on the demand for a full range of mine wear-resistant parts, systematically compiling key data on product types and batch sizes to ensure a precise alignment between the company’s capabilities and user needs.
