From October 15 to 16, Chen Dexin, Party Group Secretary and Chairman of China Minmetals, made an inspection tour to Nanjing and Ma'anshan. The purpose of the tour was to conduct research on MCC Huatian Engineering &Technology Corporation and China MCC17 Group Co., Ltd., to perform work safety inspections, and to extend regards to frontline cadres and employees.

At MCC Huatian Engineering &Technology Corporation, Chen Dexin toured the corporate exhibition hall and the Joint Innovation Center for Intelligent Manufacturing of Long Products. He conducted on-site research at the Cihu River Wetland Project, part of the comprehensive water environment management initiative for Ma'anshan's central urban area, and at the Equipment Manufacturing (Pilot) Base, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's current development status, project achievements, and R&D in technology and equipment. He emphasized the need to resolutely study and thoroughly comprehend guiding principles contained in General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements and instructions on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and Party building. It is essential to effectively fulfill the "three roles" of central state-owned enterprises ("central SOEs") in technological innovation, industrial control and safety support.
