On January 8, China Minmetals held a promotion meeting for quality management work. Zhu Kebing, Deputy Party Secretary, Director, and General Manager of China Minmetals, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Xingquan, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice General Manager, presided over the meeting.

The meeting emphasized that quality work is an important cornerstone for central enterprises to fulfill their duties and missions, better play their "three roles," and strive to be the "three vanguards." It is a key support for serving the overall work of the Party and the state, the high-quality development of economy and society, and the guarantee and improvement of people's livelihood. It is necessary to grasp the positioning requirements of "matters of national significance" and "matters of enterprise importance," and further enhance the sense of mission, responsibility, and urgency in performing quality work. Quality work should be internalized in the heart and externalized in action, demonstrating the mission and responsibility of China Minmetals with superior quality and higher standards. It is essential to strengthen the bottom-line thinking of "preparing for a rainy day and preventing trouble before it happens." Hardcore measures should be used to build a solid defense against quality risks. Quality risks should be comprehensively inspected by layers and categories, quality responsibilities should be strictly implemented, and long-term mechanisms should be improved through regular and persistent efforts. We must adhere to a quality culture of "craftsmanship and excellence," taking multiple measures to consolidate the foundation of quality management. We should deeply promote total quality management, strive for perfection in product quality, strengthen the foundation of engineering quality, and optimize the experience of service quality, aiming to produce more superior products, create premium works, and win through quality.

During the meeting, the Corporate Management Department reported on the status of quality management work at China Minmetals. Representatives from CFMCC, China 22nd Metallurgical Group, and SBC delivered exchange speeches.

The conference was conducted via an "on-site + video" format. Heads of relevant departments from China Minmetals headquarters, as well as quality officers from directly managed enterprises and key subsidiaries, attended the meeting.
