On April 15, Chen Dexin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of China Minmetals, visited Jinzhou Company for inspection and guidance, and extended his greetings and encouragement to the employees. Duan Wenwu, member of the Party Leadership Group and Chief Accountant of China Minmetals Corporation, was present during the inspection.

Chen Dexin toured the product exhibition hall of Jinzhou Company and conducted on‑site inspections at the Intelligent Manufacturing Operations Center, Product Testing Center, automation and coating production lines, and the Technology Building. He gained detailed insights into the company's production and operations, technological innovation, lean management, and Party building efforts. Chen affirmed the company's achievements in AI and PCB‑related product innovation, the progress and development plans for automation construction, and its in‑house manufacturing capability for key process equipment. He encouraged all staff to uphold the principles of "refined management, continuous improvement, and intensive cultivation," continuously strengthen core functions and enhance core competitiveness, and fully ensure the security and stability of national industrial and supply chains.

Chen Dexin emphasised the importance of thoroughly studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important insights on scientific and technological innovation, as well as his significant directives concerning the operations of central state-owned enterprises. He further stressed the need to strengthen our sense of mission and responsibility in promoting scientific and technological innovation. We must focus on our primary responsibilities and core businesses to intensify efforts in tackling key core technologies, concentrate on overcoming “bottleneck” challenges, accelerate the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, and continuously foster new drivers and advantages for development; We must accelerate the development of the digital economy, strive to build a modern industrial system, and support the high-quality development of the enterprise through a high level of self-reliance and strength in science and technology. We must continue to advance the Amoeba Management Model and adhere to profit-driven operations to generate returns. We must also refine management to enhance efficiency and embrace reform and innovation to boost effectiveness. Alongside the various tasks deployed for the 'Year of Management Enhancement', we must harness internal potential to reduce costs and improve efficiency, thereby enhancing operational performance effectively. We must uphold the Party’s leadership over cadres and talent management, emphasise practical action and tangible results, and promote the scientific and craftsperson spirits. We must also actively establish mechanisms for cross-disciplinary, cross-professional and cross-organisational talent exchange and development, in order to enhance team collaboration capabilities and innovative vitality comprehensively. We must earnestly promote the educational campaign on establishing and practising a correct view of performance. We must firmly uphold the overarching requirements of 'serving the public interest, benefiting the people, making scientific decisions and taking concrete actions', integrating learning, inspection and rectification to ensure the campaign is carried out thoroughly and yields tangible results. We must uphold the principle of exercising strict Party self-governance in all respects, conduct regular warning education, improve the integrity risk prevention and control system and institutional mechanisms, and comprehensively advance the “three-pronged approach to preventing corruption.” Through high-quality Party building, we will lead and safeguard the high-quality development of the enterprise.
